I was once in a tough spot mentally. I felt like I was the victim of my own life. I constantly felt sorry for my life and never took responsibility for how my life had turned out. I felt like I was drowning in my hopes and dreams and just felt like I was given an unfair advantage. Well my friends, that was my mindset then. One day I was fed up, woke up and decided to train the way my thoughts came to fruition. This did not happen over night, but with the balance of a healthy diet including movement, meditation and a set schedule with goals, I slowly climbed out of this victim mindset and never looked back. I am here to hopefully help at least one person grow into their full potential and aim higher.. and maybe in the process, learn how beautiful, unique and amazing you are. I’ve learned to fall in love with life, and I hope you do too.
